The space
Villa Calamus is the perfect choice if you want to enjoy a carefree holiday in a detached villa with a private pool and staff. The villa is suitable for up to 8 people and is nestled in the trendy area of Canggu, offering stunning views of the surrounding rice fields and lush tropical gardens. Villa Calamus is located just minutes away from the vibrant beaches, cafes, and shops of Canggu.
During your holiday at Villa Calamus, you will be cared for full-time by the dedicated staff. The friendly ladies Putu and Kadek take care of the villa’s cleaning every day, do the shopping, and can prepare meals for you. This is all included in the rental price. Our gardener, Nyoman, ensures that the garden is immaculate and the pool is cleaned daily. While Bali is generally safe, to ensure you don’t have to worry about anything during the nights, there is security present.
The villa
This spacious villa features 3 super king suites, each with ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony with stunning views of the rice fields. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each equipped with double beds, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace and pool area. Additionally, there is a private studio with a bathroom that can be rented separately.
All bathrooms have a double sink, toilet, and shower. Given Bali’s wonderful weather, you’ll likely spend most of your time outside. The spacious 100 m² shaded terrace with a long dining table and a lounge area is a lovely place to relax. The open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen provide a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities.
The neighbourhood
Villa Calamus is an excellent base to explore the vibrant area of Canggu. From the villa, you can take a short drive to Echo Beach, known for its surf breaks and stunning sunsets. Batu Bolong Beach and Berawa Beach are also nearby, offering a variety of beach clubs, restaurants, and shops. For a bit more culture, the Tanah Lot Temple is a must-see and is just a short drive from the villa.
